Forms of Treatment

Roots IntertwinedTreatment can include acupuncture, shiatsu, reiki, cupping, acupressure, or Chinese herbs, depending on what you are looking for and what seems like the best approach after gathering information during your first visit with the Initial Intake and Assessment.

If needles make you nervous, then we work with hands instead. If you’d rather not consider herbs, then we won’t include that in your plan. I will inform you along the way if I see specific options that would be good to consider, but the form of treatment is ultimately determined by your comfort and interest levels.

Explore the forms of treatment listed below to learn more about what options are available for care. Select the title to read more about each. And always, you can reach me here if you have any questions!
